FORMS OF PAYMENT: APerfectNightsSleep.com accepts PayPal, American Express, VISA, MasterCard, and Discover.
SHIPPING POLICY: Shipments of smaller sleep aids such as pillows and toppers will be shipped via Federal Express. Shipments of larger items such as mattresses, adjustable beds, etc. will be done by a common carrier truck line. The specific type of delivery to be made is called Basic Carrier Inside Delivery.
Basic Carrier Deliveries
- All Basic Carrier Deliveries default to "inside the closest dry door" unless written instructions accompany order.
- All Basic Carrier Deliveries are made with one driver. The customer must provide someone able to assist in removing the sleep aids from the truck and assist in moving the sleep aids into the closest dry door.
- In all Basic Carrier Deliveries the sleep aid will be delivered inside the closest dry door. Note that the outside of the boxes may be dirty. The customer must provide an area "inside the closest dry door" that is clear for placing the box. The carrier will not be liable for any damages caused to the customer's home. Pertinent information useful to make the delivery: Is the home/community zoned and/or accessible for a 48-foot truck?
- For an additional charge, White Glove Delivery and Setup is available.
White Glove Delivery and Setup
- White Glove Delivery and Setup is made with two men. It includes taking the sleep aids into the customer's home in to a ground floor room, assembling (if products are included with order) a new frame or adjustable unit, and placing the mattress and foundation on the existing bed frame.
- Packing materials will be removed.
- Old mattress products must be removed before delivery.
- Any delay beyond one hour will be billed at $64.00 per man per hour. Delivery to another floor carries charges up to $50.00 per floor per piece.
15-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY: The purchase of your new sleep aid product is quality assured to be free from defects in materials and workmanship. Your warranty starts with the date of original purchase. The original purchase receipt is required to provide purchase date. This warranty provides you with specific legal rights. You may have additional rights which vary from state to state. Body impressions on your new mattress are normal and indicate that the cushioning layers are conforming to your body contours. Impressions up to 1.5 inches should be expected are not a suggestion of structural failure. Replacement or repair of your sleep aid will be done with exact materials if available, but we reserve the right to substitute with materials of equal or higher value. Mattress fabric is not covered under this warranty. A quality bed frame is required for this warranty to be effective. A center support must be present under the Queen and King sets. This warranty is provided to the original purchaser only and is not transferable. We reserve the right to refuse service if a product is found to be soiled or unsanitary. Transportation costs to and from the manufacturer are the responsibility of the consumer. Please allow 1 to 3 weeks after the product is received by the manufacturer. In the event that service resulting from such defect is required during the warranty period, the product will be repaired or replaced using the scale below:

CANCELLATION POLICY: There is no fee for all toppers or pillows that are cancelled before they ship. After the toppers or pillows have shipped and have not been delivered, there are no cancellation fees but there is a charge for the return shipping costs. We will not accept a cancellation of toppers or pillows after they have been delivered to the customer.
For regular mattress sets, we charge a $25.00 cancellation fee if the order is cancelled before it ships. If the order is cancelled after it ships and it has not been delivered, we charge a $50.00 cancellation fee plus return shipping costs. We will not accept a cancellation of mattress orders after they have been delivered to the customer.
For adjustable mattress sets, we charge a $50.00 cancellation fee if the order is cancelled before it ships. If the order is cancelled after it ships and it has not been delivered, we charge a $100.00 cancellation fee plus return shipping costs. We will not accept a cancellation of adjustable mattress orders after they have been delivered to the customer.
We will not accept cancellations of any special sized or special ordered products.
